We are a small team based in Oxfordshire and have been a part of the co-living industry for 8 years. We have a passion for helping others and providing a safe and secure home for our tenants and fostering strong relationships with our landlords.
Who we are
Let’s introduce ourselves!
Katie is the one that keeps an eye on it all, she oversees all compliance, tenant and property matters. A huge passion for helping others is what drives her success and is her reason “why”.
Dan is our Head of Marketing & Tenant Acquisition Liaison. He oversees our small team of VAs focusing on marketing, compliance and admin.
Ella is our Lettings Manager. She works hard to find all our amazing tenants, arranging check ins and check outs and completing a lot of the house checks on a regular basis.
Our background
With over 8 years in the property industry we have a strong understanding of the ever-changing market. Our landlords are part of a property franchise based in Bournemouth which our founder, Katie, also works for. Platinum Property Partners are a HMO specific franchise with a wealth of knowledge in the property sector that we have the privilege to work with. Our PPP landlords have a keen eye for high quality properties, specifically built with young professionals in mind.
